Ringkasan Produk
Faulty traffic became one of the traffic problems
that caused congestion and gridlock for road
users. When the traffic lights are out of order,
no one has the right of way. In Malaysia, most
of the traffic light system being controlled by the
Public Work Department. Therefore, wherever
area has the faulty traffic light, road user must
lodge a complaint by toll free line, SMS or email.
From the statistic, very few users had done that.
A user friendly system was created using GSM
and PLC system that focus on the easiness for
the road user to report the traffic light that out
of order. This system will send the notification
and coordinate to the client for further action.
It can enhance the efficiency of the standard
operating procedure. One button will be
installed at the traffic light pole in consideration
of the easement for the road user to use it.
Once the button being push, the client will get
the notification and action can be taken.
A hybrid electric vehicle is a type of vehicle
which its drive train usually consists of two
powertrains.A combination of two different
elements in the hybrid electric vehicle is
commonly the combination of an internal
combustion engine propulsion system with an
electric propulsion system via parallel, series
and parallel-series configuration. Parallel hybrid
configuration offers better combination for both
propulsion systems compared to the series
configuration. In parallel hybrid vehicles, the
engine directly delivers its mechanical power to
the driven wheels without undergoing energy
form change. The disadvantage of parallel
hybrid configuration is that the engine cannot
always operate in a narrow speed region
because of its mechanical coupling to the
driven wheels. In order to increase the engine
efficiency and also to reduce the complexity of
mechanical coupling, an electronically control
wedge torque coupler is developed to control
the torque from engine and electric motor.
This electronic wedge torque coupler is used
to decouple the engine speed from the vehicle
speed, and a shaft-fixed gear unit is used to
decouple the engine torque from the driven
wheels.Inthis way, the engine can potentially
operate in a narrow speed and torque region,
and at the same time, the engine can deliver
its mechanical power directly to the driven
wheels.The electronic wedge mechanism is
actuated by using an electric motor where the
motor drives the power screw that anchored
the wedge mechanism.The major advantage
of electronic wedge torque coupler is the
desired output torque either from the electric
motor or engine can be controlled according
to the driving condition to minimize energy
consumption.
