Ringkasan Produk
• The Car Accident Detector is a system developed
based on Android application for smartphone.
• This application connected via Bluetooth to the
PIC circuit board in order to detect physical
contact to the car produced in a crash.
• This application detects crash location and
notifies the immediate family members through
SMS alert automatically.
• This product is set up by installing limit sensor on
strategic part of the vehicle and the Smartphone
installed on the desk board to detect any impact
on the vehicle parts.
• A traffic light failure detector is a device that can
detect the malfunction or failure in the traffic light
system and automatically sends a notification
to the specific authority that responsible to take
care of it or to the phone number that have been
pre-set.
• This device will ensure the traffic light can be
fully functional. It also help the authority that
responsible for the maintenance of the traffic light
by obtaining a fast notification of the malfunction
traffic light. It helps to smooth the traffic if the
traffic light malfunction can be resolved in time.
The present invention consist of a bioreactor that can
increase algae proliferation and hydrogen production
for application.

2016
Pertandingan Reka Cipta dan Inovasi Institusi Pengajian Tinggi Swasta (PERINTIS) 2016 telah disertai
oleh Pusat Pengurusan Penyelidikan dan Inovasi (PPPI), pada 16 November 2016 bertempat di Dewan
Seri Sarjana, Unversiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). PPPI telah menghantar seramai lapan orang penyelidik
dengan 12 produk penyelidikan. Tujuan pertandingan ini diadakan adalah untuk menarik pihak industri
seperti pakar-pakar pemasaran, pembekal maklumat IP, peguam paten, dan firma pemindahan teknologi.

Ringkasan Produk
Wall, as a weather resistance a protection to
prevent outside temperature affect the room
temperature directly. The research intend to study
on the temperature effect on different type of walls
and insulation material, expanded polystyrene so
that the wall suit to the increasing temperature. The
approach of the study was based on experimental
research. The study reports the results of the thermal
resistance for clay brick wall and sand brick wall that
applying and without applying polystyrene on the
external surface of the wall. The results show that
heat flow rate for the clay brick wall were lower than
sand brick wall. In addition, the thermal resistance of
the wall that applied polystyrene is higher than the
wall that did not applied polystyrene. Thus, the clay
brick wall that applied polystyrene had the highest
thermal resistance.
