PAMERAN PENYELIDIKAN INNOVATION TECHNOLOGY EXPO (INTEX) 2016 BERTEMPAT DI
UNIVERSITI MALAYSIA SARAWAK (UNIMAS)
Senarai nama pemenang

Ringkasan Produk
Water is the most important source during the military
missions. During the war Malaysia might not face
difficulties for water because Malaysia is a one of the
country that gets rainfall through out the year and it
has good river flows. But how clean is the water for
them to drink during the war? The field water supply
system must be able to provide water for driniking
and cooking. This type of system could be used in
any location, regardless of the feed water quality,
and function to provide potable water for a short-
term situation. in this research a proper field water
supply system was designed which will consider a
good treatment and cost effective system to be used
in Malaysian land and terrain. This study facilitate
to produce a fundamental knowledge on filtration
system of chemical free water treatmet system which
can be used during military missions. The first phase
of the study is conceptual and design phase for water
source from Class II A and the second phase for
Class II B and below. This can be used for operational
area especially in Malaysia.
A system to automate and optimize the indoor growth
of food plants is being developed.
Cadet Training Reporting System based on Android
mobile platform, which is known by the acronym
PELAKAD, was developed to facilitate the entry
of cadet training scores, especially on marching,
by officers of the Military Training Academy (ALK)
in the parade. There are four (4) objectives in the
development of PELAKAD system, 1) to design a
portable system that is based on the Android platform,
2) to implement the dogtag verification system using
optical character recognition method, 3) to build
an evaluation system using multimedia technology
support, and 4) to develop evaluation report delivery
system using built-in sharing application. The system
was developed using Waterfall Model which is based
on five (5) main phases, namely planning, analysis,
design, development and implementation of which
indirectly focused on the usability design principles of
effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction to perform
the evaluation of cadet training process.
